To submit a list of securities, simply e-mail to us:

* CUSIP number
* Date of death
* Shares/par value
* Full Security description
* Coupon rate and maturity date for bonds
* Estate name

Include your company name, file number or case number, contact name and phone number as well as complete mailing address.

We will query the database and produce a report with all the information you need for IRS Form 706 (see sample). The report will be delivered to you by e-mail or snail-mail, depending upon your instructions. An invoice will be mailed.
